TOTAL FUNDS… Download postage now. Pay Later. It's that easy.

With Hasler's Total Funds service you can obtain a pre-established line of credit, allowing you to immediately download postage funds into your meter....and pay for it later. Getting started is simple. First, select the plan that is right for you based on your typical monthly postage needs. Next, sign up for the TotalFunds Service by going to the TotalFunds section of www.haslerinc.com/myaccount. After accepting Hasler's terms and conditions, you can immediately activate your account and begin using the service. You are already pre-approved! Hasler will bill you monthly for your actual postage resets, plus a small account service fee. Your TotalFunds line of credit makes it easy to budget mailing costs, and gives you peace of mind knowing you'll always have postage when you need it most. In addition, you'll have quick and easy online access to view your postage account balance and history.

ACH DEBIT… The most efficient and effective way to fund your account

Use PostageNow Telefunds for the easiest access to unlimited funds on your meter. Setup is easy - simply fill out Hasler’s PostageNow – ACH Customer Authorization and Agreement, and mail it to us with a voided check. Most applications are processed within 72 hours of receipt. Upon receipt, we will create two transactions against your checking account. First is a application fee, and second is a test transaction to ensure that the bank routing and account information provided is accurate. You will receive your test transaction fee as postage. Once these two transactions have posted to your bank account, your ACH is set up and you’ll never need to call the TMS Center for funding. After the initial application fee, there is never a transaction fee for using PostageNow Telefunds. Upon your initiation, your meter will dial into our system, and automatically advance the funds you requested. On the next business day the funds will be taken from the bank account that you specified.

ACH DEBIT II

PostageNow On Demand limits the amount of downloads to amounts pre-specified by you. After filling out our initial application, adding funds to your meter is just a phone call or an e-mail away! Setup is easy - simply fill out Hasler’s PostageNow – ACH Customer Authorization and Agreement, and mail it to us with a voided check. Most applications are processed within 72 hours of receipt. Upon receipt, we will create two transactions against your checking account. First is a application fee, and second is a test transaction to ensure that the bank routing and account information provided is accurate. You will receive your test transaction fee as postage. Once your account is setup with PostageNow On Demand, to move funds to your TMS account simply call or e-mail us at ACH@haslerinc.com and request that we initiate the transfer of funds to your account. E-mail requests are processed within 24 hours. Next, go to the meter and download the funds. We will pull the funds from the bank account you specified on the next business day.

ACH CREDIT

Using ACH Credit is as simple as contacting your bank and requesting that they transfer funds to us. We will provide all the routing information necessary. From the time funds are requested, they generally get posted to your TMS account within 48 hours.

SENDING CHECKS (pre-payment by regular mail)

Simply write out your check, made payable to the US Postal Service and drop it in the mail. Between transit and processing time, you should allow 7-10 business days for checks to post to your TMS account! The USPS will provide you with green striped payment coupons to include with your payments. These coupons allow for automated processing. If you don’t have payment coupons:

1. Make your check payable to the US POSTAL SERVICE.

2. Write your TMS account number on the front of the check.

3. Mail your check to the address below:

SENDING WIRES

Bank to bank wires are also a popular way to fund your TMS account. The USPS requests that wire transactions be limited to transaction amounts over ,000. From the time funds are requested, they generally get posted to your TMS account within 48 hours. Contact your bank and request they transfer funds to us. The funds should be transferred to:

CASH ADVANCES

If you unexpectedly run out of cash in your TMS account, Hasler will be happy to process a cash advance for you. Call our TMS Center at 1-800-248-8013 Monday – Friday from 8am – 11pm, Saturday 9am-4pm, Sunday11am – 3pm, ET. You will need to provide our representative with the check number and dollar amount of the check you will be sending. We will fax you a form, which you will need to sign and fax back to us. After receiving the signed form, your funds will be available for download to your meter. You must then follow the instructions for sending checks.

  • Funds Available on Meter: Usually within 1 hour of authorization
  • Delivery Fee: for every ,000 advanced

CREDIT CARD ADVANCES

If you unexpectedly run out of cash in your TMS account, you can charge additional funds to your Visa/MasterCard/American Express Cards. Call our TMS Center at 1-800-248-8013 Monday – Friday from 8am – 11pm, Saturday 9am-4pm, Sunday11am – 3pm, ET. You will need to provide your credit card number and expiration date. We will fax you a form, which you will need to sign and fax back to us. After receiving the signed form, your funds will be available for download to your meter.

  • Delivery Fee: for every ,000 advanced
